David: Good afternoon, Oakwood Community Centre, David speaking.
Amelia: Hi, I’d like some information about a cooking class for young people, please.
David: Certainly. Are you interested in our Family Cooking class?
Amelia: No, the one just for teenagers.
David: Ah, you mean the Teen (1) Chefs class. Yes, it’s very popular. What would you like to know?
Amelia: What kind of food will we learn to make?
David: Good question. Last term we focused on French cuisine... But for this term, it’s all about Italian (2) food—pizza, pasta, all the classics!
Amelia: Italian food, great! And how much does it cost?
David: The full price is usually 30. However, because you’re a student, there’s a discount. It’s only 25 (3) for you.
Amelia: That's much better. What do I need to bring with me?
David: We provide all the ingredients and cooking equipment... The only thing you need to bring from home is your own apron (4).
Amelia: Just an apron, okay. And who is the teacher?
