Receptionist: Good morning, City Sports Centre, how can I help you?
Student: Hi, I'd like some information about your facilities. You're the new centre located next to Central Park, right?
Receptionist: That's us! We've been open for about three months now.
Student: Great. What are your best facilities? I've heard you have a great gym.
Receptionist: The gym is excellent, and we have tennis courts as well. But our most impressive feature is the new swimming pool. It's Olympic-sized and heated.
Student: A heated swimming pool! That's amazing. What are the membership fees like?
Receptionist: The full monthly price is 500,000 VND. But for students, we have a special discount. It's only 350,000 VND.
Student: That's a good price. Does that include everything?
Receptionist: It includes a locker and free drinking water. The only thing you need to bring yourself is a towel. We don't provide those.
Student: Okay, I'll remember to bring a towel. Are there any other special offers?
Receptionist: Yes. We were thinking of having a discount day on Wednesday, but we decided to move it. Now, if you come in a group of five or more on a Friday, you get an extra 10% off.

Part 2: Monologue
Official: Good morning, everyone. I'm here to talk about our vision: the 'Smart City' plan. As you all know, our city is a bustling, vibrant place, but this growth has created challenges. Our roads are extremely congested, and our commuters waste hours in traffic jams. This situation is not manageable, and it's time for a change.
Our plan uses technology to solve these problems. For air quality, we will introduce a fleet of electric buses, and we will also launch a major project to plant more trees throughout the city. Both initiatives are crucial.
Now, I know what you're thinking: this technology sounds very pricey. And you're right, it could be. However, we've decided to partner with leading tech companies, which allows us to cut down on the initial costs significantly. It’s much more affordable than people assume.
So, what is the ultimate goal? A smart city will certainly be more attractive to new businesses, and that's a great benefit. But it is not our main objective. The primary goal is to improve the quality of life for our residents. We want to create a more liveable, less stressful environment.
