Mr. Evans: Hello, welcome to the Peer Support Program. How can I help you today?

Sophie: Hi, I'd like to sign up to get a peer tutor. My name is Sophie.

Mr. Evans: Certainly, Sophie. And what's your last name?

Sophie: It's Green. That's G-R-E-E-N.

Mr. Evans: Okay, Sophie Green. And what is your main goal? What do you hope to improve by working with a tutor?

Sophie: I really need to learn how to manage time better. I feel like I'm always behind on my schoolwork.

Mr. Evans: That's a very important skill. Is there one particular subject where you need the most help?

Sophie: Yes, it's mostly Math. The homework assignments take me a very long time to finish.

Mr. Evans: I see. And can you describe your biggest weakness when it comes to your study habits?

Sophie: I think I often delay starting my assignments. I tend to wait until the day before the due date, and then I get stressed out.

Mr. Evans: Okay, thank you for sharing that. It helps me match you with the right tutor. We have tutors available on Thursday and Friday afternoons. Which one works for you?

Sophie: I have a club meeting every Thursday, so that won't work for me. Friday would be perfect.

Mr. Evans: Excellent. I will schedule you for Friday. You'll receive an email with the details.

Tom: Ugh, I'm so glad this week is almost over. I feel so stressed out with all this homework. I feel like I have no time for my hobbies.

Anna: I know what you mean. But I feel more in control now that I have a plan for the weekend.

Tom: A plan? How does that help?

Anna: It helps a lot! The first thing I do is list everything I have to do. Then, I set a priority for each task. I decide what's the most important thing to do first.

Tom: I guess that's better than my method. I just study until I feel tired, and then I play video games. But they're a huge distraction. Before I know it, an hour has just disappeared.

Anna: Exactly. That's not a real break. You should try going for a run or a bike ride instead. A bit of physical activity is amazing for your mental health too. It really helps to reduce anxiety.

Tom: That's good advice. I know I need to have a more well-balanced life.

Anna: You can do it! Well, I have to go meet my parents now. Good luck with your work!

Tom: Thanks, Anna. See you on Monday.
